By accessing or using Business POS Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Business POS Global provides cloud-based billing, invoicing, and inventory management tools for businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Business POS Global operates on a subscription-based model (monthly or annual).

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay

  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details

Prices, plans, and features may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

  • Access to the Service will continue until the end of the active subscription period

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it is provided for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free trial at any time without prior notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Business POS Global, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and logos related to Business POS Global are the intellectual property of Business POS Global. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Business POS Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
